Luis&Clark carbon fiber cello

cello.jpg

If I was a musician, this would be the instrument of my choice. Purely because it’s gorgeous black look. The Luis & Clarks cello’s body is made from carbon fiber, which gives the instrument a very characteristic loud and clear sound. That cello is almost like a sport car in a way, it has loud sound, sleek black appearance and costs a fortune…just like a Pagani Zonda for example.

I personally have no musical skills at all, nor do I know nothing about classic music instruments, but this one just caught my eye. It’s a perfect marriage of traditional instrument manufacturing and new technology combined together to create an outstanding instrument. Just by looking at the cello, you know it’s going to sound amazing. Yet the idea behind Luis & Clark instruments is very simple, it’s just a matter of re-thinking traditional ways and improving old objects.
